The hosted models (Foundation-sec, GPT-OSS) are Splunk Cloud-only features?

The hosted models (Foundation-sec, GPT-OSS) are Splunk Cloud-only features, but the Get Started instructions point to Splunk Enterprise. Free trial Splunk Cloud blocks REST API access. How are participants supposed to access hosted models? Is there a special access path for hackathon participants?

    1. Go to the Splunk Community Slack sign in page: https://splk.it/slack
    2. Click on “Sign in with your Splunk ID. If a new Splunk user, create your Splunk account (https://tinyurl.com/2crnak5w). Existing users can sign in with their Splunk login details.
